As a Life Plan Community, Marquette offers a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.

A Life Plan Community  is a senior living community that offers multiple levels of care—including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing—all on one campus. Residents can transition between levels of care as their needs change. In addition to a full continuum of care, residents enjoy maintenance-free living, engaging amenities, and a wide variety of social opportunities.

Marquette’s Life Plan requires a one-time entrance fee and ongoing monthly service fees. Fees vary depending on your choice of residence, number of occupants, and type of entrance fee refund plan. As your health needs change, our Life Plan ensures you receive priority access to every level of advanced on-campus care at virtually the same monthly fee as what you pay for your independent living residence. We offer three refundable entrance fee options.
