Marquette’s expansion introduces two thoughtfully crafted additions to our independent living offerings—each designed to elevate comfort, convenience, and connection with all the advantages of carefree, maintenance-free living.

Our modern new residence building will feature:

68 beautifully appointed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes

The Flats
The expansion will also include innovative new hybrid homes that offer the privacy and spaciousness of cottage living with the convenience and community of apartment life. The Flats will feature five villas, each including five individual residences.

All residences are corner residences allowing for maximum natural light.
Every unit includes garage parking.
The first floor residence of each villa offers a walk-out patio.
