Skilled Nursing Suites
Marquette offers beautifully designed private and semi-private skilled nursing suites. They are completely furnished, but we always invite you and your loved one to personalize the space, so it really feels like home.

Independent living, assisted living and memory care residences come unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their living space with their own furniture and decor. Skilled nursing suites do come furnished, although we encourage families to personalize the space to make their loved ones feel at home.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We welcome small pets in our independent living residences. Please contact us for more details about any restrictions or additional fees.
Your monthly fee includes utilities such as water, electricity, heating, cable and internet. Additionally, our community offers housekeeping services, maintenance, and access to all community amenities.
We allow certain modifications to personalize your living space. However, any significant alterations must be approved by management to ensure safety and compliance with community standards.
