Two New Ways to Call Marquette Home

Marquette’s expansion introduces two thoughtfully crafted additions to our independent living offerings—each designed to elevate comfort, convenience, and connection with all the advantages of carefree, maintenance-free living.

Terraces 2  is a modern new residence building that brings 68 beautifully appointed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes to our campus, each designed with contemporary finishes and open, light-filled layouts. Alongside these stunning residences, residents will enjoy a brand-new dining venue, an inviting cocktail lounge perfect for socializing, and a resident Marketplace—offering everyday essentials and sundries just steps from home.

The Flats, our  innovative new hybrid homes, offer a unique living experience that blends the privacy and spaciousness of cottage living with the convenience and community of apartment life. Each of the five villas features five corner residences—designed for maximum natural light —with every unit including garage parking. The first floor of each villa offers a residence with a walk-out patio, while the second and third floors house two residences each, providing open-concept layouts and elevated views.

A Place to Play, Connect, and Unwind

Another highlight of the expansion is The Commons,  a vibrant destination for recreation, wellness, and community fun. This versatile space is designed for movement and connection—featuring new pickleball courts and flexible areas for a variety of indoor sports and group activities.

Just outside, residents can enjoy a covered porch complete with a built-in grill station, cozy fireplace, and comfortable seating—perfect for post-game gatherings, casual cookouts, or quiet evenings by the fire. Inside, a welcoming lounge area offers another place to relax and socialize.
