Sara brings more than 24 years of experience in the senior living industry to her role as Marketing Director for Independent Living and the Assisted Living Pavilion. Having been an Activities Assistant, Social Services Director, and Admissions Director, Sara has a unique perspective on senior living that benefits her team as well as prospective residents.

Brandi has worked with seniors for over 15 years, and has been part of the Marquette team for more than six. She thoroughly enjoys assisting those who are considering making Marquette their new home, and guiding them through the decision of moving to a retirement community.

Denise brings many years of experience of working with seniors to her role at Marquette. She answers questions and address concerns as families navigate the important, and sometimes complicated, decision of choosing Assisted Living for a loved one.

Michael F. Corr, President
Michael is Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, Indianapolis, IN., specializing in commercial real estate management. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was Vice President of the Meridian Office Advisory Team. He has his BS degree in Management and Finance from Ball State University. Mr. Corr joined the Board in 2014.
Kathy A. Clark, Vice-President
Ms. Clark retired from BSA LifeStructures where she served as Senior Director of Healthcare Operations and was involved in operations and transition planning for several major hospital and healthcare systems nationwide. Prior to this, she was Chief Operating Officer for Community Hospital network and President of Community Hospital South where she introduced and directed the corporate implementation of the Quality Improvement Process. She is the owner of Bicycle Garage Indy and BGI Fitness. Ms. Clark joined the Board in 2017.
David J. Mallon, Jr., Secretary
David practiced law with Ice Miller LLP from 1975 – 2011. His focus was on health care litigation. Since retiring from Ice Miller, he has conducted a limited mediation practice. Mr. Mallon joined the Board in 2018.
Joseph Ivcevich, Treasurer
Joseph is the owner and registered representative of Ivcevich Consulting Group. He received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University and holds professional designations of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). He is a current member of the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and AALU (Association for Advanced Live Underwriting.) He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Marquette Manor Foundation and has been a past member of the Boards of Directors of Brebeuf Jesuit School, the Blood Center Foundation and Indianapolis Athletic Club. Mr. Ivcevich joined the Board in 2012.
Keith J. DeTrude, Director
Keith has been in the insurance business for 34 years, doing business in multiple states. He is president of DeTrude & Co. Inc., an insurance consulting and brokerage firm. He is Trustee Emeritus for Butler University, former President of the Columbia Club Foundation and served as a member of the Indianapolis Museum of Art Corporate Advisory Council. Mr. DeTrude joined the Board in 2013.
Duane J. Etienne, Director
Duane is retired from CICOA Aging and In-Home Solutions (formerly the Central Indiana Council on Aging) where he served as CEO from 1979 until 2008. Prior to this he served as the vice president of the Indianapolis Urban League and Executive Director of NESCO. He presently consults with NPO’s for strategic planning. He is a former Rotarian and former Director and Chair of the Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities. Mr. Etienne joined the Board in 2011.
Karen L. Gentleman, Director
Karen is a market research professional with 36 years of experience. She started her market research company in 1988 and in 2009 it was re-branded GentlemanMcCarty when she was joined by partner Michael McCarty. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University and her BA from Wellesley College. She recently chaired the Board of Directors of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association and has served on numerous other boards. Ms. Gentleman joined the Board in 2014.
Peter G. Gundy, Director
is a Senior Vice President for UBS. He previously worked 27 years at Merrill Lynch and has managed both the Carmel and Downtown Indianapolis offices of Merrill Lynch. A CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) and CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant), Mr. Gundy also served as the Midwest District Sales Manager for the Midwest District of Merrill Lynch. He attended Indiana University. Mr. Gundy joined the Board in 2012.
A. Dave Jongleux, C.P.A., Director
Dave is president of Jongleux CPA Group, P.C., a public accounting firm in business since 1985. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and served as President and Treasurer of the Marquette Manor Foundation, a separate not-for-profit corporation whose purpose is to support the mission of Marquette. Mr. Jongleux joined the Board in 2009.
Jeffrey T. Meltzer, MD, MBA, Director
Jeffery received his MD from Emory University and his MBA in Health Care Management from Auburn University. He is currently the Medical Director of the Suburban Division at IU Health Physicians and a practicing OBGYN. He has served on the IUH North Board of Directors and the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis. Dr. Meltzer joined the Board in 2018.
Marianne Price, PhD, Director
Marianne is the Executive Director of the Cornea Research Foundation of America, an organization devoted to giving people back the use of their eyes through research, innovation, service and education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from Notre Dame, and an MBA in Finance and a doctorate in Medical and Molecular Genetics from Indiana University. She also serves on the board of Working Vision. Dr. Price joined the Board in 2011.
Patricia J. Radlick, Director
Patricia received her Executive MBA from Indiana University. She retired as an audit director with Deloitte and Touche LLP and is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Deloitte in 1997, she was the controller at Allison Engine Company. Ms. Radlick joined the Board in 2009 and served as its President in 2015 and 2016.
Tamara Zahn, Director
Tamera has specialized in community development. She retired as president of Indianapolis Downtown, Inc., a not-for-profit organization focused on developing, managing and marketing Downtown Indianapolis. She currently balances her time between consulting, volunteering and mentoring. Ms. Zahn managed the Indianapolis’ Plan 2020 Fellowship program, is immediate past chair of the International Downtown Association (IDA) and serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc., and Pattern. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Indiana University and has served on Host Committees for the NFL Super Bowl 2012, NCAA Final Four tournaments and other major events. Ms. Zahn joined the Board in 2015.
